Standard Cancellation Timeline

7+ Days Prior
100% Full Refund

Cancel up to 7 days before check-in (3:00 PM local time) to receive a full refund of your reservation total.

3 to 6 Days Prior
50% Partial Refund

Receive 50% refund for cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior to scheduled check-in.

< 72 Hours / No-Show
Non-refundable

Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable to cover homestay preparation and reserved calendar dates.

How to Cancel from Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account and go to /dashboard/bookings.
  2. Locate the reservation you wish to cancel under All Bookings or Pending.
  3. Click Cancel Reservation and confirm your request.
  4. For pending requests, your card hold is voided immediately. For confirmed stays eligible for refund, the payment reversal is submitted automatically via CHIP Asia.
