How does the booking and payment hold work?▼
When you submit a booking request, a pre-authorization hold is placed on your card through CHIP Asia. The host has 24 hours to review your request. If approved, the payment is captured. If declined or expired, the card hold is released immediately without any fee.
What time is check-in and check-out?▼
Standard check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). If you require an earlier arrival or late check-out, please message us in advance.
Is breakfast included with my stay?▼
Yes! Authentic traditional village breakfast prepared by local host families (such as Nasi Lemak Daun Pisang or Kuih Melayu) is included with all confirmed stays.
Can I book sub-units or the entire homestay compound?▼
Yes, Embun Homes supports parent-child inventory. You can book individual private chalets or treehouse rooms, or reserve the entire compound (Rumah Induk + chalets) for large family reunions.
