Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to accommodation availability and host arrangement.
Village Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily
Embun Homes is nestled in an authentic residential village. Please keep music, chatter, and outdoor activities to a gentle volume during nighttime hours.
No Indoor Smoking or Vaping
To preserve our traditional timber architecture and ensure guest safety, smoking, vaping, or open flames inside all rooms and chalets are strictly prohibited. Designated outdoor ashtrays are provided.
Complimentary Parking
Free on-site parking is available within the homestay compound. Please park in designated bays and keep village access lanes clear for local residents and emergency vehicles.
Check-in & Key Handover Instructions
1. Pre-Arrival Notice: Please send our host family a quick message via WhatsApp 30–60 minutes before arrival so we can meet you at the compound gate and show you around.
2. Key Collection: Your host family will greet you in person at the Rumah Induk reception pavilion to provide your keys and brief you on room amenities and air conditioning remotes.
3. Footwear Policy: In line with Malaysian cultural tradition, outdoor shoes should be removed before entering homestay living quarters. Shoe racks are provided at the entrance.
