Standard Check-In & Check-Out Schedule
To give our housekeeping team ample time to sanitize and prepare the kampung residence, standard check-in starts at 3:00 PM (15:00 MYT) and check-out is by 12:00 PM (12:00 MYT).
- Check-In Window: 3:00 PM onwards (Self check-in available for late arrivals)
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability—message our host team on WhatsApp 24 hours prior.
Retrieving Your Smart Lockbox Code
Once your reservation is confirmed, your 4-digit smart lockbox PIN and gate access instructions are sent via email and WhatsApp on the morning of your arrival.
- Locate the weatherproof lockbox mounted beside the main timber veranda entrance.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN and pull down the release lever to retrieve the house keycard.
- Upon check-out, please switch off all air-conditioning units, lock the doors, and return the keycard to the lockbox.
